Foundation and Earth

"Academy and Earth" (other translation variants: "Foundation and Earth," "Fund and Earth," English Foundation and Earth) is a science-fiction novel by American writer Isaac Asimov, published in 1986 by Doubleday. The novel became the fifth part of the "Foundation" series and the seventh, concluding installment in this fantastical chronology. Nebula Award nominee for 1987.

In this sequel to "Academy on the Edge of Oblivion," we can again observe the search for Old Earth by Golan Trevize and his team. Their search will lead them to the very first human colonies, to the lost Outer Worlds, and even to the Solar System itself...
