The Academy

In a barren coastal district in northern Sweden, the cruise ship Ocean Gala is docked, carrying 1,800 people seeking shelter. Far-right groups gather at the pier to protest the floating refugee camp. And when a robber starts wandering around the area, the local police chief calls in a group of cadets from the newly created Scandinavian Academy of Criminal Profiling. The group is led by an aging detective Conrad Löwe, but its most valuable asset—and biggest problem—is Nadia Elmkvist. They meet Hampus Shedergren, a local police officer who definitely isn’t welcoming toward the group, especially Nadia and her interrogation methods.
