I write this book because I observe how differently my clients’ lives turn out—those who managed to let go and release their aggression, and those who can’t. Some move to a new level: they grow, earn, get more joy from life, find new meanings. Others accumulate irritation for years, then break down, and return again with the same topics: fear of taking risks, the feeling of a “glass ceiling,” and a collapse of strength. It isn’t about whether a person has more or less aggression—it’s about how they deal with it. Those who can use aggression differently and adaptively get more energy and reach their goals more effectively. Leonid Krol
