Agglomerate: The Condemned

Since 2013, Russia has seen direct signs of breaking apart into several dozen independent states. Year after year, more and more calls for secession and the creation of independent autonomies can be heard. Public unrest in people’s minds is accompanied by mass riots. The population begins to starve, and attacks on representatives of authority become more frequent. Moscow as the center of power becomes weaker with every year; the army and law-enforcement agencies continue to degrade. The authorities, struggling to keep the situation in their hands, begin taking extreme measures. By the start of 2015, the number of prisoners exceeds two million; places of confinement can’t possibly hold them, and, most importantly, there’s no way to feed all those criminals. The final presidential decree before stepping down was a law on deporting two million prisoners to special zones for their complete destruction.
