Dr. Mats Krüger couldn’t refuse his daughter Nelle’s request to be with her when her first child is born, and with a heavy heart he agreed to make a long flight from Buenos Aires to Berlin. The doctor was terrified of flying and expected nothing good from the trip—but in his worst nightmare he couldn’t imagine what kind of nightmare it would become for him. At an altitude of nine thousand meters, he was told that his pregnant daughter had been kidnapped, and that he had to find his former patient in the airplane and provoke her into crazy actions, otherwise Nelle would die.
