Description
I need Sasha… I’m going to him on business… — “Sasha left a week ago to do an internship abroad.”
Sorry. Can I help you with something else?
“N-no…”
It felt like the ground was slipping from under my feet and the sky was swaying overhead. He… left. And what now? Because I’m pregnant!
A few years ago I succumbed to Alexander Orlov’s charm, spent an evening with him—and that evening has consequences. The circumstances force me to return to my hometown with my son and get a job at the company where my parents once worked. The plant had been idle for a long time, but now it’s being reorganized and has a new owner—whom I accidentally struck on the head with a stick, mistaking him for a maniac. And that is Alexander Orlov, my new boss.
