Grand Magic

The illusionist Otto Marvuglia convinces Colodgero di Spelta that his wife Marta is hidden in a casket. By deceiving the husband—an innocent simpleton—he helps Marta escape with her lover. Two years later she returns and confesses everything to her husband. But Colodgero cannot believe it and remains in the invented “magician” world of phantom hopes.
