Into the Same River

Kamchatka at the beginning of the 1970s is an interesting place. Gold mining, hunting, closeness to the border, life in harsh northern lands, and hard-hearted characters from the Far East. Here it’s easy to find a friend, but hard to become “one of the people.” Lyokha Kostrov knows this firsthand. He suddenly finds himself in the body of his teenage self and is ready to relive his past again—and if luck is on his side, help his country at least a little. Lyokha is stubborn—just let him get to work. He takes a large-scale approach, learning everything: from photography to marksmanship, from mathematics to safecracking. And luck is on his side!
