What is this? A parallel reality? The fever dream of a sick imagination? A place where Igor Chernigovsky suddenly found himself in some incomprehensible way—having promptly earned the nickname “The Theorist” for the most trivial reason. An ordinary guy who didn’t serve, who didn’t finish school. And in his baggage there were only brief days training with a shooting club, back when he studied at a school that now seems far away—in both literal and figurative senses.
And this primitive world is harsh: the right of the strong rules here, and dangers wait at every step. And whether there’s any chance to return back to Earth is unclear: maybe it’s possible, maybe it’s all lies—because people are most willing to believe what they most want to believe. But whatever it is, for now Igor has to survive first. He must not become a victim of the countless bandits and predators that are impossible to count here. And then… then we’ll see.
