According to legend, a good Black dragon defeated a bad White dragon—but it didn’t live long either. And so, a few years ago, a woman from Earth who’d been transported into this world revived the very same good Black Dragon. Once, the White dragon created an unbeatable monster—Izmogilin. And there isn’t a single person or mage who knows what it looks like, because after meeting it, no one survived. Only the Black dragon. Only he managed to defeat it—he thought, forever… But someone is very eager to revive the monster.
Stopping the summoning of Izmogilin is the job of the head of law and order in the entire world, Manjunta—the chief investigator Archibald Belkaev. In the first part, he finds and neutralizes one of the accomplices of the main villain who, by cutting the hair of young blond women, ruined them with this unfashionable haircut. He needs to find the customer behind these strange crimes as soon as possible—because if he fails, the mysterious criminal will create yet another Izmogilin. And the Black dragon has become too alive to handle it again.
