Promoted by Grand Prince Vasily Ioannovich to the rank of prince, our contemporary Yuri Kotlov, under the name of Boyar Georgy Mikhailov, obtained small villages near Kolomna. But soon, peaceful life is interrupted: a united horde of Crimean and Kazan Tatars is moving toward Rus. Mikhailov, with his retinue as part of the militia, fights according to reason and duty, showing courage and cleverness.
