He became a fighter-pilot in the Imperial Air Forces (VKS). But this title is only a formality, and he can’t actually fly a fighter due to a genetic defect. Meanwhile, the fleet is trapped by a clever and cunning enemy. Chance brought him here, and chance left him as the last pilot who can save the situation, warn the distant Empire about the enemy’s new weapon. But chance can’t force a person to make a choice. Step beyond himself and his fear, stand tall in his full height—or give in to circumstances and excuses.
