Oleg Borisov is a well-known science fiction writer, author of many novel cycles written both alone and in collaboration. We present in audio format his fantasy trilogy "The Fog" and its second book titled "Steel".
In a world created by the author’s imagination, archipelagos and individual islands float in the air, while an endless swamp stretches below. From island to island move trading caravans of flying ships. And where there are traders with their goods, there are also pirates and smugglers—bold and daring people.
In the second book, a new weapon comes to the world of floating islands. Pirate galleons, previously considered deadly, scatter into splinters when they collide with armored ships. In such a moment, an old feud flares up; many decide to settle old scores, while someone else wants to get everything at once. But all of them are merely pawns in someone else’s game, because there is one who has been preparing for the coming battle and has planned much in advance. Listen to the continuation of the story of two “popadanets” who find themselves in the world of floating islands.
