Heart of the Beast

This house hides many secrets. Even the person who built it doesn’t know all of them. Secret passages, basements—and, above all, the cave beneath its foundation, where a silver heart beats… the heart of a beast. Only people chosen by the house enter it. Architect August Berg, a teacher named Sofia—far from as simple as she seems at first glance—Il’ya, a boy who looks like a wolf cub… all of them gathered here for a reason. The house itself has chosen them and is preparing a unique test for each.
