Amelia sometimes dreamed of miracles, but she never thought that magic could happen to her for real. All she had to do was visit distant relatives during the winter holidays at an old house, and find the diary of her great-great-grandfather.

And then winter magic happened: Amelia woke up in the very same house—but many, many years earlier. She met the boy who had written that diary. And she realized that now she, too, had to perform a miracle—to lead a small wolf cub to its mother. Only there was one difficulty: Amelia was terrified even of dogs—let alone wolves!

But to help the little wolf cub, Amelia can overcome more than just that!
