Marina Vishnevskaya is a star of molecular cuisine: for her, borscht can easily become foam, and the staff — an orchestra playing on her nerves. After being fired from a glossy Moscow restaurant, she heads to a remote sanatorium in Karelia to “reset.” But instead of silence, she gets a true perfectionist’s trial: Soviet-era decor, overcooked pasta, and… him.
