Description

Winter was already drawing to an end. On one of the sections of a road that was being built, preparations were in full swing to resume work with the coming of spring. Site supervisor Koltsov, after final surveys completed back last summer, decided to review the route and change the line’s direction. The adjustment promised significant savings, and Koltsov together with two young engineers, spending the entire winter in the field, did everything possible to finish everything by the planned deadline—two weeks later.
