The Last Thief in Law

In essence, the fight against crime is an unending war between two systems: the state system and the criminal one. And right now they’ve grown so intertwined that sometimes it’s impossible to tell where one ends and the other begins. Both are good and inseparable! Both sides, depending on changing social conditions, adjust their strategy and tactics more or less flexibly. But often, the criminal world does it more adequately and in time.

The last thief in law is an inadequate hero with the ability to hide from pursuers. For a long time, MUR workers couldn’t catch this mysterious thief. Legends started to circulate that the criminal is helped—almost—by the devil himself. Is that true?
