On the Other Side of the Fairy Tale: The Road into the Fog

Book Two: “On the Other Side of a Fairy Tale. Road into the Mist” continues the series “On the Other Side of a Fairy Tale.” The adventures of the storybook girl Katerina continue already in the world of Lukomorye. Almost immediately, she has to run into a green terrifying fog that kills fairy tales—and learn how to drive it away. To protect the storyteller from the нечисть inhabiting the fog, Kot Bayun finds her a companion in our world—a boy named Stepan—who together with Katya encounters the болотник and ends up in Kasyey’s captivity. Katerina will learn to fly, make sword-cladenцы (bladed swords made on the spot), and avoid the many traps set by local villains; and she will also manage to wake up many fairy tales trapped in the terrible fog.
