Doomed to Be Engaged

The night of my eighteenth birthday I spent in a cemetery. You can’t escape your family traditions. Until dawn I had to search for the gravestone where a prophecy awaited me—with the name of my betrothed. Not everyone believed in success, but a miracle happened: I learned he would be the most mysterious man in the kingdom. I genuinely feel sorry for him—the poor fellow still doesn’t realize he’s doomed to be engaged.
My goals for the near future:
❤ Don’t panic when I learn my betrothed’s name
❤ Develop a plan to win over my future husband
❤ Figure out why the dragon doesn’t want to marry
❤ Deal with his problems
❤ Make the dragon happy
