“I think I’m having a miscarriage. Please come!” I whisper, desperate.
“You… what?” the man’s confident voice changes.
“What miscarriage? What are you talking about?”
“I’m pregnant. From you!”
“Are you insane? You took pills. Or spat them out, huh?”
“Sorry! I don’t know how it happened. Help—i-i! I’ll die from fear!”
“You don’t die, Sasha. You called me somehow. It was your mistake. Better call an ambulance instead, okay?”
“And you?”
“I can only recommend a clinic where they’ll clean you up properly.”
“You monster…”
“You jumped into my bed yourself!” he yawns.
“Come on, Sasha—fix the problem, then be a good girl, keep your feet warm, wear a hat… Goodbye.”
