Designer's Motivation. Igor Gott

In this episode, our guest is Igor Gott. He worked at Rostelecom, Alfa-Bank, Rambler, the international design agency Expo-One in Beijing, and several other companies. Igor led design teams as an art director and design director, built processes in the areas of product design, communication design, marketing, and advertising. Over the last five years at Rostelecom, he created and developed a department of 60 designers, and now he helps art directors and design directors in a mentoring format.
