The Messiah

A deadly virus marches triumphantly across the planet. Death is brought not only by mutants. Entire colonies are wiped out by ordinary rats, mice, and cockroaches that carry the infection into shelters. The creators of this contagion, just like the means of salvation, fell under the onslaught of an unstoppable, all-destroying element.
