A Spark of the Gods. Don't Leave Me

Every hundred years, Prometheus competes for the right to be mortal.
Athena, the goddess of wisdom, chooses a girl for whom Prometheus must fight.
If, within sixty days, the chosen one falls in love with Prometheus, he will lose—but if she rejects the god, Zeus will grant him the life of an ordinary human.
Kedden’s most cherished wish came true: he finally became mortal. However, life turned out not to be so simple—especially when intrigue and conspiracies swirl around to make Kedden pay for everything he’s done in the last centuries. Agrius, together with Gaia, wants to destroy humankind and hand all power back to the gods, while Athena is sealed away in Tartarus.
But despite all this, for the first time, Kedden gets the chance to find out what it feels like to love someone who doesn’t love you back. Will Jess be able to stop the approaching hurricane, or will she have to accept the fact that she is only a toy in the hands of the gods?
