The Runaway Wife, or A Mistress Needed at the Dragon's Castle

“The mistress returned as the maid,” the blond housekeeper says with contempt, twisting her puffy lips. Then, handing me a broom, she adds mockingly: “So don’t forget your place in this house. And make sure your runt doesn’t climb around the castle.”

I ended up in the body of a young mother, and for seven years I’ve been languishing in this new magical world, raising her son. From the previous mistress I know only this: she fled her husband—and he’s a dragon.
