The Great Patriotic War is coming to an end. The Red Army is finishing off the fascists in their lairs. But the rear is not calm. In Western Ukraine, the Bandera militants are wreaking havoc. Nestor Babula is one of them. A bloody bandit keeps the whole area in fear: he robs, rapes, kills—taking revenge on Soviet power.
