The novel “Hell” introduces the unknown Moscow. Through the efforts of special services, it is still classified and hidden from human eyes.
The author had the chance to experience “the underworld” himself, which gives the novel a special, documentary authenticity—just as authentic are the addresses, landmarks, descents, passages, tunnels, and bunkers that make up yet another “parallel” city, full of secrets and mysteries.
The drama of the events in the novel is characteristic of modern Moscow and keeps the reader on edge until the very last page.
