Have you ever heard of the quietest city? The only city where the “Law of Silence” is in effect? Didn’t you? Haven’t you been there? Then come, take a look—and most importantly, listen.

But before you enjoy the silence, listen to the story of the origin of the “Law…” The story will be told by a grandfather who shares it with his favorite granddaughter. He (the grandfather) is one of the few participants in the not-so-fun events that happened many years ago. And, in his words: “...sometimes something very good begins with something very bad.” Not exactly a comforting doctrine, but still it’s worth listening to the wise old man. The stubborn granddaughter insists that he tell her this story—one that is not at all childish. And as the tale unfolds, she will regret more than once that she “asked for it.”
