Friedrich Nietzsche was a German philosopher, philologist, poet, and author of well-known works such as “Beyond Good and Evil,” “The Birth of Tragedy out of the Spirit of Music,” “The Antichrist,” and “Thus Spoke Zarathustra.” He conceived “On the Genealogy of Morality” as a supplement to his work “Beyond Good and Evil,” in which he debunks moral prejudices and conducts a revision of European culture. The collection also includes the work “The Wagner Affair,” in which he criticizes the degradation of the modern cultural space.
