Trouble with a History

Eva, a former hunter of otherworldly creatures, begins a calm life as a university instructor near the anomalous Cauldron. But her little secret threatens to explode when she meets the mysterious Admiral Serafim Dryanin.

The university of the HGOУ is located near the Cauldron, from which, a century and a half ago, the Wave began—changing the world. People learned about the Other Side and learned to coexist with it.

Eva served in a patrol charged with fighting otherworldly creatures, but decided to change her surroundings and take up a teaching position at the HGOУ. She has a small secret—almost harmless—that wouldn’t complicate the school year, if only the Admiral Serafim Dryanin, with his riddles, hadn’t come to the university.

They will meet at the celebration marking the start of the school year. And who knows how this collision will detonate all the nearby secrets…?
