Women, or the COVID Autumn

What price are you willing to pay for happiness? And what does the word mean to you: the usual set of husband/children/comfort? Or a burning passion? And how to live after the fire of feelings goes out? The heroines of Polina Yelizarova’s novel “Women” are connected in an unbelievable way—not only by the commonality of women’s fates, but also by feelings—revealed and hidden, forgotten and burning to tears. But we don’t see their tears; instead, caught up in the unusual plot, we observe the smallest movements of the soul, see prophetic dreams with them, and clearly hear their quiet voices. They are so different—and yet so close—to us and to each other.

The novel’s events take place in September of last year, 2020, in the first “covid” autumn. The book contains the subtleties of female psychology and physiology. Men are categorically not recommended to read it. Contains profanity.
