Aniskin and the Miracles

A radio drama based on the stories of the Soviet writer Vil Lipatov about the village district police officer Fyodor Ivanovich Aniskin, who maintains order and lawfulness in his native collective farm, "Zvezda," whose central estate is located in the village of Sosnovka.

On fine September days, the villagers were stirred up: someone dismantled the chimney on one of the residential houses, disabled a tractor, and hung pumpkins stolen from a garden on a tree. The villagers decided that all this was the mischief of local youths. But district police officer Fyodor Ivanovich Aniskin conducted his investigation, and it turned out that this prank was by no means the work of hooligans…
