The Star of Solomon

The studio “MediaKniga” releases an audio version of the famous novella by Alexander Ivanovich Kuprin, “The Star of Solomon.”

The work is included in the list of extracurricular reading for students in grades 10–11.

The recording was voiced by the popular artist and dubbing actor Sergey Gorbunov.

As many literary scholars and researchers of Bulgakov’s work note, “The Star of Solomon” influenced Mikhail Bulgakov and became one of the important sources of inspiration during his work on the novel “The Master and Margarita.”

His name was Ivan Stepanovich Tsvet. He served as a minor official in the Court for Orphans.”
