Northern Zone. The Storyteller

Events in the Northern Zone continue to unfold. Everyone in the “Stalker” grouping supports the idea of trading gift-artifacts for goods between Monchetundrovsk and Romanov-on-Murman. But will the people of Monchetundrovsk agree—especially those collecting those very “gifts” in the deadly Putomnenie? And will anyone be willing to risk joining an exchange in the guberniya center? To find answers to these two crucial questions, the stalkers decide to temporarily split up. Cyber Zan, the breaker (hacker) Loma, and the smart dog Medok head toward the shores of the Kola Bay, while the rest—including the writer Vasyuta—must prepare the inhabitants of Monchetundrovsk for cooperation. But “preparing” sounds ordinary and boring only in words. In reality, besides people from hostile groups, stalkers will be opposed by inhuman creations of Putomnenie—cunning traps made of anomalies and disgusting mutants.
