Marie-Hélène Lafon quickly won fame, readers’ love, and numerous literary awards. “An Introduction by Advertisement” (2009) was nominated for the Prix Femina, made it to the short list for the Prix Renodo, and received prizes including the Page of Booksellers, “Ink Words,” and the Marguerite Audou award.
