Klavia and Larisa grew up together as daughters of a high-ranking Soviet official. Klavia, the official daughter, received all the love and privileges from her father: clothes, toys, and trips to resorts. Larisa, his illegitimate daughter, constantly fought for attention and resources. The father supported her, but she understood that she was getting only leftovers of what was given to Klavia.
Larisa felt envy and strove to take what belonged to her sister, including her admirers. In some cases, she even resorted to murder. She was arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment, and the sisters lost contact for a long time. Klavia had already forgotten about Larisa, but years later, similar crimes began in the city, forcing her to remember her sister again.
