Boris Alexandrovich Ganago is a well-known Belarusian Orthodox children’s writer, author and compiler of numerous children’s books, organizer and teacher at the Minsk diocesan school for catechists, laureate of a state prize in the field of the spiritual revival of Belarus, and head of the writers’ association “Spiritual Word.”
For more than twenty years, Boris Ganago has been engaged in the upbringing of children and young people in the traditions of goodness and morality, and his books are widely known to Orthodox readers.
The works of Boris Ganago, addressed mainly to children and young people, help people of various ages reflect on the ways of God’s providence in the world, on the most important spiritual and moral problems of our time. Boris Ganago’s books are written in the form of engaging stories and conversations and are often used for reading in Sunday schools and in the study of Orthodox doctrine.
