1945. The Great Patriotic War is already nearing its end, but in the Far East its final, truly heroic battle erupts — the Soviet–Japanese War.

Mountain passes and ridges, volcanic regions, punishing heat, and heavy losses turn the offensive into a test. And yet the Kwantung Army was defeated within a very short time — this became not only liberation from Japanese occupation, but also the decisive point that solidified the overall victory in World War II.
