You Can't Run from Death

An esoteric fantasy tale. The beginning of the 21st century. The eternal confrontation between good and evil is disrupted by the interference of a third force—powerful sharghs that came from the depths of outer space. They feed on the energy of human suffering. To fight them, a squad of keepers has been created in the Overground world. People on Earth, not knowing it, live an ordinary life.

Misfortunes in Vadim’s life come one after another. First, they steal his beloved guitar; then a casual acquaintance robs his apartment; and finally he falls in love with his own sister. A talented musician decides that suicide is the only way out. But it turns out—this is an entrance. In a strange way, his further fate now depends on a woman with an unusual name, endowed with supernatural abilities—even though he will never meet her.

Yanta has lived in two worlds since childhood—dreams and reality intertwine in a bizarre way. She, in turn, doesn’t suspect what a chance connection with an unknown man will lead to.
