In a Good Hour

An altogether not original situation—a mismatched marriage—unfolds in E. Werner’s novel “A Good Hour.”

A proud aristocratic lady, from an ancient noble line, marries the son of a wealthy mine owner.

The path these so very different young people must travel is utterly unusual: through suffering and fierce struggle—even with weapons in hand—the beauty and high spiritual nobility of the heroes is revealed; a passionate, all-conquering love is born.
