We perform our life’s melody through our own emotional body: it’s like an instrument, and its “keys” are chakras. There are seven of them—like seven steps of a musical octave; each corresponds to its own shade and its own sound. But often human instruments end up out of tune—and even broken—by resentments and disappointments, humiliation and loneliness, a sense of injustice, the pain of loss and betrayal. It’s easy to imagine what “music” sounds like for those who play every day on a damaged, twisted inner instrument. And yet, a broken thing can be repaired. Combining deep psychology with an understanding of the human energetic structure makes it possible to correct many things—and sometimes even do what seems like a miracle. This book is devoted to such methods of working and to a real case of healing, in which the fate of a mother and daughter was changed through restoration of subtle energetic structures.
**What this book is about**
The book discusses the aura and how its condition reflects the quality of life. You’ll learn that the aura is multi-layered—like a nesting doll: inside it, subtle bodies and chakras are distinguished as energetic centers of these bodies. Under the influence of life events, subtle structures can become distorted and “injured,” which shows up as illnesses, accelerated aging, emotional breakdowns, and difficulties with mental well-being. The author explains what signs can indicate damage to the aura and describes paths for restoring its integrity, leading to greater health, inner balance, and harmony.
**Why you should read it**
The book’s material helps you work on aura restoration: heal disruptions in subtle bodies and align the chakras. Changes can begin even while reading, because clear understanding of your own structure becomes a practical tool for personal transformation. The author’s methods allow you to go a significant part of the way independently toward a more whole, living, and aligned-with-yourself state.
**Who this book is for**
It will be useful for those who:
— seek physical and spiritual healing;
— want to add more peace, joy, and harmony to their life;
— aim to develop hidden abilities;
— are interested in self-discovery, clairvoyance, and extrasensory perception;
— work with people (teachers, psychologists, doctors, mentors, and practitioners of spiritual fields);
— enjoy self-development and esoteric literature.
**Why this book was published**
The author is a practicing psychologist and energy practitioner, a Reiki master. This combination of competencies and therapy experience made it possible to present the topic of energetic structure in a simple, accessible way—even for those far from esotericism. Additional value comes from the included story of healing the author’s patients: it serves as a landmark and support for readers during their independent work.
**About the author**
Adelina Gumkiria says that in 1979 she graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at Lomonosov Moscow State University, then defended a PhD thesis and worked for a long time at the university. The experience of a researcher taught her to formulate tasks, find solutions, and see deep connections between phenomena; the scientific base became the foundation of her worldview. Over time, however, she began to lack an important element—understanding the person, their development, goals, and meanings.
In 2001 she received a second education (GASIS) in sociology and psychology and started working in the Gestalt approach, family therapy, analytical and depth psychology, sand therapy, and also in practices working with thought-images. At the same time, the author notes that relying solely on the Western academic approach turned out to be insufficient for a holistic explanation of human destinies and historical patterns. She sought answers in ancient traditions, Eastern philosophy, and spiritual practices: she studied Daoist techniques with Manteka Chia, practiced Zhong Yuan Qigong under the guidance of Master Xiu Min Tan, and studied with Roy Martina, who researched the connection between emotional balance and acupuncture. In a course by Mirzakarim Norbekov, she became more aware of the possibilities of attention in healing, and her most significant discovery was the Reiki practice passed to the world by Mikao Usui. After completing all levels of training, she became a Reiki master and helps people.
