Glass cannot be processed or destroyed. You can’t even touch it—because touching the Glass turns everything living into Glass. But Glass has a source: a mysterious place in the north, from where it slowly spreads, taking more and more territory. Thirteen people—failures, outcasts, criminals, and seekers of adventure—go to that source across a snowy wasteland, each carrying their own cross, their own story. When their tales intersect, they weave into a strange network that spans dozens of fates, cities, generations, and times. And leading the expedition is a mysterious Guide—perhaps a Messiah, perhaps a skilled con artist, perhaps both at once.
