Description
Friedrich Maximilian Müller is a German and English philologist, one of the founders of modern religious studies. One of Müller’s later works, which still retains fundamental significance in the field of Indian philosophy and religion, is “Six Systems of Indian Philosophy” (1899). It reveals the history of the development of a body of religious and philosophical doctrines of India as a system that unfolds step by step, covering material from the earliest period up to the classical philosophical schools (Vedanta, Mimamsa, Samkhya, Yoga, Nyaya, and Vaisheshika).

The audio version was prepared based on the translation by P. Nikolaev, published in 1901 (Soldatenkov Edition, Moscow).
