The Moon Sister

Tiggy Deplese has always lived in harmony with nature. That’s why she chose work with wild animals. But a chain of dramatic events, including the death of her adoptive father, Pa Salt, forces Tiggy to change many things in her life. To understand who she truly wants to be, Tiggy heads to sunny Spain—Granada—where, as she suspects, her real family lives.

Thus Tiggy plunges into a tightly interwoven with the civil war of the 1930s story of her ancestors—Spanish gypsies—among whom were wonderful musicians, and, most intriguingly for Tiggy, one magnificent flamenco dancer whose story will become, for the “sister of the moon,” a kind of new guiding star.
