The Fatal Shot

Private investigator Tatyana Ivanova had just closed another case and was already planning a vacation in Australia, but the rest was postponed by a sudden phone call. Vladislav Novoyavlensky, the son of a powerful businessman, contacts her: in his view, his father couldn’t have committed suicide, as the police claim, and he asks her to conduct her own investigation. Tatyana accepts the offer, and to get into the house and the family’s circle, she agrees to pose as Vladislav’s fiancée. Now she needs to unravel a knot of family secrets, reanalyze the evidence, and understand who is truly involved in the fatal shot. The task is complicated by the lack of camera records and by confusing, contradictory statements from those who could have been involved.
