Description
A rare and very useful thing. It is in no way inferior to modern fitness, shapesc and all kinds of new methods. Moreover, the course was developed by the Sports Committee of the USSR, which means it is balanced, professional, and based on a scientific approach. Plus a bonus—a unique and light music that lifts your mood!
How much cheerfulness, health, and good spirits it gives to people who believe in its miraculous power. Thanks to it, you will learn to manage yourself, improve your posture, and your figure will become more flexible and graceful. Exercises with elements of play and dance will reveal your creative abilities, and help develop physical and movement culture.
Classes in rhythmic gymnastics are most effective under the guidance of an experienced instructor. This role will be fulfilled by this course prepared by the Melodiya company together with the Sports Committee of the USSR. It opens a series of rhythmic gymnastics programs intended for group, individual, and even family practice.
The proposed program is, to a certain extent, universal and can be used by women and men of different ages and varying levels of physical fitness.
Before you begin, familiarize yourself with some methodological rules.
1. Don’t rush to do all the exercises at once. First, study each one separately from the photographs, and then do them with music and rest pauses.
2. The session consists of two equal parts (the 1st and 2nd sides of the record). Start by learning the exercises from part 1, and only after you have mastered them completely, proceed to part 2.
3. As your fitness level increases, reduce the pauses between individual exercises.
4. The command “And” signals the start of each exercise.
If you wish, you can use this program (especially its first part) not only as a training tool, but also as morning and workplace gymnastics; it can serve as a component of mass performances in stadiums and sports grounds, and can also become one of the forms of physical culture classes in schools, technical schools, and universities.
