Five Steps on the Clouds

When God sleeps, the devil doesn’t rest. The famous detective writer Melissa Sineokova didn’t want to go to St. Petersburg for filming. Her beloved job wouldn’t let her go, and she had a quarrel with her adored Vasya. Is everything over?! And then—an ominous shadow from the past appears: the leader of the “Right Russia” party, German Sadovnikov. As handsome as ever—broad, tall—and just as vile a villain as always. Melissa and German had a major fight; the conversation ended in mutual threats. And shortly afterward, Sadovnikov was shot.
