The continuation of the story about the adventures of the ship’s doctor Gulliver. After returning from Lilliput, he set out traveling again. This time, Gulliver ended up in the land of giants, where he himself had once been a Lilliputian. The inhabitants saw him as a funny toy, while scholars believed he wasn’t a person, but the result of nature’s play. Gulliver suffered terribly from the arrogance of those around him. Besides, he had an enemy—a royal dwarf—who grew furious because Gulliver became very popular at court. By a lucky chance, Gulliver managed to escape into freedom. “How hard it is to live when everyone is looking down on you, and how good it feels to feel equal among equals,” Gulliver thought as he arrived back home.
