The remnants of the central power can no longer maintain order across such a vast territory. Now it is a matter for those who survived. But everyone survived in different ways. Some united with others; others, at the expense of others, turned into dangerous predators worse than any they had known before. And there are people who have devoted themselves to fighting such creatures. They are ready to go all the way so that humanity will have a chance to rebuild peaceful life anew.
