Sleep takes up much of a person’s life. Some people never see dreams, while others experience them almost every night. Some forget what they saw right after waking, others remember details and even keep records. Dreams can be anything—absurd and disturbing, joyful and funny, and sometimes, as some claim, they even foretell the future. But there are people who don’t limit themselves to being mere observers: they know how to consciously change the course of dreams and make them submit to their will—not only their own, but also other people’s. They call themselves the Weavers.
